Orders can be cancelled up unit the manufacturing process begins. Once the order has been started and materials formed, the order can not be cancelled. A 10% fee is taken from the original purchase price for ALL cancelations to cover the cot of transactions and processing fees.

Orders can be modified BEFORE the manufacturing process begins. Once the order has been started modifications can not be made.

Shipping time and preference is selected by customers at check out. All shipped orders will include insurance in case of breakage due to mishandling.
